Objectives

The participant is able to:
- Install OpenScape Xpressions V7.
- Configure the link to OpenScape4000 and OpenScape Voice.
- Configure the system components for Phonemail.
- Carry out the Voice/UM-User administration.
- Configure full-CTI on the Xpressions server.
- Configure voice/UM-/CTI-functions on a client.
- Configure FaxG3/4, SMS, and Email boxes.
- Configure the SMTP-connection to an Exchange server.
- Configure Xpressions smtp-forms for Outlook.
- Configure the WEB message access to a SMTP server.
- Perform maintenance- and test procedures.
- Configure AutoAttendant functions with the Application Builder.
- Configure Text to Speech.
- Give the customer a short introduction to the system functions.
- Solve level 1 errors.
