  • The participant is able to:
  • Install OpenScape Xpressions V7.
  • Configure the link to OpenScape4000 and OpenScape Voice.
  • Configure the system components for Phonemail.
  • Carry out the Voice/UM-User administration.
  • Configure full-CTI on the Xpressions server.
  • Configure voice/UM-/CTI-functions on a client.
  • Configure FaxG3/4, SMS, and Email boxes.
  • Configure the SMTP-connection to an Exchange server.
  • Configure Xpressions smtp-forms for Outlook.
  • Configure the WEB message access to a SMTP server.
  • Perform maintenance- and test procedures.
  • Configure AutoAttendant functions with the Application Builder.
  • Configure Text to Speech.
  • Give the customer a short introduction to the system functions.
  • Solve level 1 errors.
