update a OpenScape Business system to the latest version,
activate the new station and system feature,
perform a backup and restore of the OpenScape Business System,
use the new features and can install and operate the new client.

Required is good knowledge of OpenScape Business V2
Required is good knowledge of UC Smart and UC Suite
Basics of SIP and NAT (HIPSIPEXTS)
Basics and usage of Unify License management
Windows knowledge
LAN/WAN knowledge (TCP/IP)
Basics of telephone devices HFA, TDM and SIP
