The Unify Certification Program offers you a clear competitive edge and forms an important supporting part of the Unify Partner Program. The role based approach is addressing the following key business areas of Sales, Technical Sales, Implementation and Support. We have defined three levels - Associate, Specialist and Expert - based on the Unify product areas OpenScape Business, OpenScape 4000, OpenScape Enterprise, OpenScape Contact Center, Unify Office and Health Station HiMed.
