Mitel OpenScape Alarm Response Professional Advanced Course " Security " for Service Specialists (OARLOSSCS)

Brief Description

This is a course for service specialists. Among other things the basics of the positioning of DECT and WLAN terminals as well as the configuration and operation of the positioning software DPS, the visualization tool DPS-view and the personal security are part of the course contents. After completing the course the participant is able to install and put into operation the application package of positioning and personal security functionalities for HiPath/OSV and to use the operation and to administrate the DPS, DPS-view and the personal security software. The participant is also in a position to brief customers.
