Brief Description
The Unify OpenScape Business UC Suite (Fast Tack Unify OpenScape Business UC and Networking) is a course for service personnel. The course content includes the installation and configuration of the UC system and the UC applications in integrated networks. Another focus is the network integration of Unify OpenScape business and UC applications. After completing the course, the participant can assume a Unify OpenScape UC Suite Business system in the network in operation as well as configure the features.

- install, start up und update a Unify OpenScape Business UC system and as well as perform diagnostics in case of trouble
- activating UC station- and UC system-licenses,
- Set up TDM- and IP-networking of Unify OpenScape Business
- configure Unify OpenScape Business for networking with other systems (e.g. Unify OpenScape 4000 and Unify OpenScape Voice).
- configure the UC Suite features and all UC clients and can operate the applications.
