Objectives

The system professional can
install, start up und update a Unify OpenScape Business UC system and as well as perform diagnostics in case of trouble
activating UC station- and UC system-licenses
Set up TDM- and IP-networking of Unify OpenScape Business
configure Unify OpenScape Business for networking with other systems (e.g. Unify OpenScape 4000 and Unify OpenScape Voice)
configure the UC Suite features and all UC clients and can operate the applications

This training is not suitable for beginners. The fulfillment of course requirements is mandatory for successful course participation.
