Description

  • This 5-day Mitel OpenScape 4000 system administration course is provided as an Instructor-led Online Webinar. Please note the delivery method displayed on the individual events.
  • Students will become familiar with general telecommunications terminology and will be able to effectively manage the day-to-day station move, add and changes using Assistant and/or Manager.

Objectives

  • Use Mitel OpenScape 4000 Assistant/Manager to administer:
  • Station moves, adds and changes (MAC)
  • Required Tables; Dial Plan, ITR, Key Tables and Device Combinations
  • Optional Tables; Speed Dial, Hotlines
  • Optional Software Groups; Com, Pick and Hunt
  • System records using Report function
  • Scheduled Batch

  • Computer with audio capability or telephone.
  • Will use Mitel Circuit via Chrome bowser (preferred) or Firefox.
