Atos Unify OpenScape Enterprise Express Installation and Provisioning (OEEINSTSCS)

Brief Description

The course starts with the explanation of the deployment models and architecture of the Atos Unify OpenScape Enterprise Express (OSEE). Furthermore the student continues with the configuration of customer specific data through the WebCDC tool. Afterwards required scripts and SW components will be provided to the 'Automated Installer' (AI) Application. In the next step the partially or fully automated installation process will be carried out. Further the student adapts the system manually and performs application checks. Security and hardening of system components will be discussed as well.

Objectives

  • The engineer will be trained about the architecture and deployment models of the Atos Unify OpenScape Enterprise Express (OSEE) system. Furthermore, participants administers customer specific informations through a tool called WebCDC. Next activity by the student will the provisioning of necessary SW components for the so called 'Automated Installer' (AI) which will be in charge to install and configure the applications. After this the course participant makes any necessary changes and performs a functional test. Furthermore, security aspects will be treated.

Prerequisites

  • Knowledge in LAN/WAN infrastructure.
  • Knowledge in VMware (ESXI and/or vCenter)
  • Beneficial would be OSE product knowledge but not mandatory.
