In the past you did the provisioning of OpenScape enterprise with your own tools. To make our life easier and to get a standardized configuration, this WBT will show you how to handle the WEB-CDC. You can start from scratch without any knowledge of CDC or WEB-CDC. At the end of this WBT you will have the knowledge to use it for your own projects. That means from zero to hero by working through thisWBT. This course will provide you with the basics for Collecting/Populating Customer data, Interface for OSD2, WebCDC generation of install scripts and all relevant information to get all necessary files for a proper provisioning of OpenScape Enterprise Solution.
Prerequisites

You need to know how to stage and/or install our OpenScape Enterprise solution. Mass provisioning for all relevant products shouldn't be a new item in your business. Solid knowledge how to collect data from a customer and the usage of OSD2 match the requirements of WEB-CDC.
