This course is for service-oriented technicians. Objective is to introduce the First Response (NG911) features, as offered by Unify with the OpenScape Solution. The course contains the general tasks that are required for support and implementation of the NG911 features with the OpenScape Voice, Branch and SBC systems.

Introduction of the new OpenScape First Response enhancements:
- OpenScape Voice enhancements for NG911: - ESINet
- OpenScape SBC (OSS): Enhanced configuration options to support ESINet deployment options
- OpenScape Branch (OSB): Enhanced configuration options to support ESINet deployment options
Objectives

At course completion the participant:
- Can describe the new OpenScape Voice V9 First Response enhancements.
- Should be able to present and implement the new features for the customer.
Prerequisites

Knowledge of the OpenScape Enterprise V9 including OpenScape Voice, OpenScape Branch, OpenScape SBC and DLS is required.
