Prerequisites

  • Expert knowledge of OpenScape Contact Center at minimum V9 R3 level:
  • From either Basic and Advanced service training (OCCENBASCS and OCCENAVSCS)
  • Or from the various update classes and webinars for OSCC V9 or V10
