Prerequisites

Before attending this course the delegates must have:
- Successfully completed on of the following trainings: "OpenScape Enterprise Express Installation and Staging training (OEEINSTSCS) of the V9R4" (recommended), or V10R0 Training/Field Trial/Market Introduction.
- A good working knowledge of the following technologies:
- Windows Server
- Linux
- IP Networking
- VMware
