This web-based training module is designed to provide an overview of how customer's buy. Customers have their own procurement and vendor selection process that can be very different from your sales process. Once you get a handle on some of these characteristics, you can benefit through increased deal size and increased close rates.

  • Make sure you understand the business drivers.
  • Know your buyer's expertise, role, pre-disposition to certain technologies, and the steps they take in the buying process.
  • Understand business drivers should be your number one focus, especially in the early stages of both the sales and buying process.

  • Recognize what matters most to your buyer throughout the process
  • How to conduct a smoother, more productive process by anticipting buyer issues
  • Proactiveley surface objections that concern buyers and can stall deals
