Brief Description

This web-based training module will look at two main customer components:
1. Setting expectations
2. Being thorough in explaining details

Remember, customer success is a direct result of the service level you deliver compared to what a customer was expecting to receive.


  • Set expectations early and correct misunderstandings as they come up.
  • Customers don’t know what they don’t know, so educate and explain things thoroughly.
  • Customers know that there will be challenges and not everything will run perfect. They just want a provider to be up-front with them.


  • Users will become familiar with the following topics:
  • Identify customer expectations through discovery
  • Recognize and address “unsaid” expectations
  • Understand what’s needed to set up customers for success
  • Understand the implementation process to ensure a smooth customer setup
