- Install and upgrade OpenScape Xpert V7R4
- new Features with V7R4
- Feature to block double press of macro key before the macro activity is executed.
- JITC hardening of OpenScape Xpert System Manager
- JITC QoS DSCP Settings
- In case of transfer or consultation the Call Queue pops up automatically on if the dial pad is displayed
- Blind Transfer (Late Feature)
- Feature, which temporarily blocks display for cleaning purpose. (Late Feature)
- Enhanced integration of 3rd Party Phonebook XTB. (Late Feature)

Objectives

The participant will learn
- the installation and upgrade of Xpert V7R4 with all required and new components
- the new features and functions of V7R4 as well as possible software & hardware changes.

Basic course OXPBASISCS and Advanced course OXPADVSSCS or attendance at Update course OXPV7RXUCS
