Brief Description

This course is for service-oriented technicians and Solution Architects. Goal is to introduce the V11R1 topics, as offered by the Product House (PH). Main objectives are the rebranding from Atos to Unify as well as the ELIN support for MS Teams. Participants should be able to fulfill customer expectations related to the V11R1 release. The training also covers some late features V11R0, which can be seen as add-on content to the official Release Notes.

  • Rebrand from Atos to Mitel (OSS/OSB)
  • Add-on: Late feature(s) - V11R0: Calls from MS Teams using extension numbers

  • The participant
  • knows the SBC/OSB V11R1 system enhancements.
  • knows how to upgrade the products, presents and implements the new features to the customer.

Prerequisites

  • Adequate knowledge about the Unify OpenScape Branch V11R0, Unify OpenScape SBC V11R0 - for example gained through:
  • Unify OpenScape Branch for Service (OSBADV1SCS)
  • Unify OpenScape Session Border Controller (SBCADV1SCS)
  • and/or Market Introduction Training V11R0

Notice

  • In General:
  • Delta training of what's new with V11R1 Minor Release for OSS/OSB systems. Additionally, some late features of V11R0 are included. It suits for the deployment models BYOT and OpenScape Enterprise.
