Brief Description

This course is for service-oriented technicians. Goal is to introduce the V11R2 topics, as offered by the Product House (PH). Main objectives are OVA enhancements, additional Virtual Machine (VM) support as well as the Zoom trunk integration. Participants should be able to fulfill customer expectations with regard to the V11R2 release.

Objectives

The participant
knows the SBC/OSB V11 Minor Release 2 system enhancements.
knows how to upgrade the products, presents and implements the new features to the customer.

Adequate knowledge about the Mitel OpenScape Branch V11Rx, Mitel OpenScape SBC V11Rx - for example gained through courses:
Mitel OpenScape Branch for Service (OSBADV1SCS)
Mitel OpenScape Session Border Controller (SBCADV1SCS)
and/or Market Introduction Training V11Rx

Delta training of what's new with V11R2 Minor Release for OSS/OSB systems. Additionally, Zoom BYOC/P SIP trunk scenario will be covered. Note that the training will be provided as 'blended learning'.
