Mitel SIP-DECT Basic R9.2 (TMSD9.2ILL)
Brief Description
The SIP DECT course covers the important areas, installation, configuration and maintenance of the SIP DECT system. Objective: The participant (m/f/d) can configure the Mitel SIP DECT system, knows the essential features and can program, install and commission the system. The course is system independent and is demonstrated using a MiVoice Call Server as an example. The course is call server independent.
After completion the final exam the competence SIP-DECT rel 9.2 Technical 1 is granted.

This SIP DECT remote course contains the following main aspects:
- Installation of the SIP DECT Systems
- Configuration of the SIP DECT Systems
- Maintenance of the SIP DECT Systems

The participant (m/w/d)
- is able to project the Mitel SIP DECT System
- knows the main features and functions
- is able to install, configure and start up the System.
Prerequisites

The following courses must be successfully completed before registration:
- Mitel SIP-DECT Primer (TSIPDECTPR) and Test (TSIPDECTTS)

Technical requirements for the Mitel SIP-DECT training:
- 1 * Mitel Call Server (programmed to run) Exchange connection only if possible (you also can use a OSBizz or OS 4000)
- 1 * SIP or TDM terminal device connected to the Call Server

For SIP DECT:
- An RFP 44 or 45 or 48
- 2 * Mitel 700 or 600 DECT terminals
- PC with Internet access if possible with a webcam
- Audio : PC headset or by phone
- TeamViewer

Meeting will be held via GoToMeeting. The participants will receive the access data by email
