This course is for Technical Sales experts. Goal is to introduce the V11R2 topics, as offered by the Product House (PH). Main objectives are OVA enhancements, additional Virtual Machine (VM) support as well as the Zoom trunk integration. Participants should be able to fulfill customer expectations with regard to the V11R2 release.

The participant
knows the SBC/OSB V11 Minor Release 2 system enhancements.
