This course is for service-oriented technicians. Goal is to implement OpenScape platforms with Zoom as hybrid solution. Prerequisite for this course is that students already know the OpenScape Enterprise platforms OpenScape Voice and OpenScape 4000 as well as OpenScape SBC.

Objectives

  • The participant
  • knows how to implement Phone System Integration (PSI) for Mitel's OSE platforms and Zoom.

Prerequisites

  • Adequate knowledge about the OpenScape Enterprise platform landscape beyond OpenScape Voice and OpenScape 4000 - for example gained through courses:
  • OSV: Mitel OpenScape Solution Administrator 1 (SOLADM1SCS)
  • OSV: Mitel OpenScape Solution Advanced 1 (SOLADV1SCS)
  • and/or Market Introduction Training SBC/OSB V11R2 (SBCV112MVS) or OpenScape Enterprise V11R0 (OSEV110MVS)
  • OS4k: Mitel OpenScape 4000 - Basic course for Service (OS4BAS1SCS)
