Adequate knowledge about the OpenScape Enterprise platform landscape beyond OpenScape Voice and OpenScape 4000 - for example gained through courses:
- OSV: Mitel OpenScape Solution Administrator 1 (SOLADM1SCS)
- OSV: Mitel OpenScape Solution Advanced 1 (SOLADV1SCS)
- and/or Market Introduction Training SBC/OSB V11R2 (SBCV112MVS) or OpenScape Enterprise V11R0 (OSEV110MVS)
- OS4k: Mitel OpenScape 4000 - Basic course for Service (OS4BAS1SCS)
