Getting started



Step 1: Go to: unify.com/academy
Make sure you set your default view to "your country".
Use the drop down to select your preferred country.

Step 2: Request your "myTraining" account which is issued by the Unify Academy to enable access to the training and testing within the Academy Learning Management System and provides you with a reliable record of all of your courses and exams.

Select "Register"

Then select "Create a new account"


Choose "North America" or "Everywhere besides North America" as your continent.



Select your customer group to complete the form.



After you have clicked on the "ID Request" button within one hour you receive an email with your authorization.

Access the website



1. Log in to the Academy website with your Email ID and password.

You now can:

2. Search for, and enroll in, training courses. Enter Course Code or a search term to find the class you are interested in. Alternatively, you can use the "Advanced Search" option to locate the course you are interested in.

3. View upcoming training events.

4. Review the latest News announcements.

5. Process your selection(s) via Shopping Cart.

6. Find helpful information in the horizontal navigation, e.g. the Unify Certification Program, training policies and terms of use, Q&A, downloads, locations and partners as well as detailed program information about the Learning Credit Points Program and so on.

7. View upcoming Training Partner events.

How to book a Unify training course




Go to the Unify Academy home page and click on "Login".

Enter your Email and password details. Then click on Login.
Simply type the training module code in to your search box: e.g. OBUBASISVS



Add this course to your cart by clicking on the cart symbol to the right of the course.
Click on the green cart box and book your course.

How to activate your Unify web-based training



Go to the Unify Academy home page and click on "Login". Enter your Email and password details. Then click on Login.

Click on "My Courses".



Click on start button.

How to activate an admission test



1. Go to the Unify Academy home page and click on "Login".
Enter your Email and password details. Then click on Login.

2. Click on "Certification Program".

3. Click on "*Practice Tests (old Admission Test)



4. Click on the link "Admission test".



5. Choose your language and click on "Selection".



Start the test.

How to get your Candidate ID


Within the training paths of the individual certificates there is a direct link to your Candidate ID.
This is required prior to booking your test with VUE. You will find the training paths through the Academy homepage under Certification Program.



Check whether your data is correct. Under "Company Type", select the category that best fits to your company. If you are an internal employee, select "Employee". If you are a Unify Partner, select "Partner". Otherwise select "Customer".



After you have clicked on the "ID Request" button within one hour you receive an email with your authorization. Subsequent to this confirmation your ID will be processed by Pearson VUE, normally this requires two working days.
