Prozess AnalyseThese services apply only once per customer because they do not depend on the number of employees.
Process analysisWith the process analysis the customer's communication process will be analyzed. The information is collected before and during the End-User Training and will be analyzed afterwards. On this basis we create - if appropriate - improvement and optimization suggestions for end-users and process owners in the company.
Question BoxThe question box is an E-Mail service which provides before the rollout a point of contact for users for their questions. As a result, the end user can articulate their questions in advance. Also comments, suggestions and if necessary, also their fears and worries can be addressed.

Goal is to create a basis of trust for the upcoming change. The question box is available to all employees 2 weeks up to a maximum of 3 weeks prior to the migration or new installation.
Rollout Trailer (15min)The Unify Academy produces a 15-minute teaser of the project in video format. With a filmed interview, ideally with the head of the company, the importance of the project is underlined.

This rollout trailer informs the end user from the outset about the project. He should serve the positive mood of all and give a brief insight into the project.
Web based Training (WBT) (30 min)The Unify Academy produces a 30-minute Web-based training (WBT). Through the targeted use of this E-Learning methodology, the presence time can be optimized (prior information, repetition of content). Especially for a large target group, a Web based training (WBT) can be a useful addition to the overall project.
