Brief Description

The course should convey the knowledge about the development of different kinds of data storage in the Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 to the technician. Furthermore, he should be able to upgrade the software of existing installations and then to import the data accurately into the system. The course does not provide the knowledge about the development of customer data for the initial operation.
