After completing this course, the participant can install and start up a system, as well as can configure and perform the software update.

Objectives

The participant is be able to
- Install, start up und update an Unify OpenScape Business standalone system and as well as perform diagnostics in case of trouble.
- Implement the minimum basic configuration of the system.
- Implement workpoints for telephony in the IP network and in ISDN.
- Perform a system software update.
- Perform a backup and restore of the Unify OpenScape Business System.
Prerequisites

Hardware requirements on student site are:

IP-Infrastructure with Internet access for
- at least 3x Unify OpenStage HFA or CP devices
- 1 Desktop PC or notebook with current web browser
- You will receive a mail with further informations on how to connect with the Academy virtual infrastructure.
