The OpenScape Business V3 R1 web based training is a course for trainer and service personnel with good knowledge of OpenScape Business V3R0. The course includes upgrading the system and UC applications. Another focus is the new Version 3 mainboard hardware for the UC system. After completing this course, the participant can install and commission a system and configure the new features.

  • can backup and restore the OpenScape Business System,
  • can install and operate the new UC functions and the new UC client enhancements.

Prerequisites

  • Required is good knowledge of OpenScape Business V3R0
  • Required is good knowledge of UC Smart and UC Suite
  • Basics of SIP and NAT
  • Basics and usage of Unify License management
  • Windows knowledge
  • LAN/WAN knowledge (TCP/IP)
  • Basics of telephone devices HFA, TDM and SIP
