Prerequisites

  • Required is good knowledge of Unify OpenScape Business V3R0
  • Required is good knowledge of UC Smart and UC Suite
  • Basics of SIP and NAT
  • Basics and usage of Unify License management
  • Windows knowledge
  • LAN/WAN knowledge (TCP/IP)
  • Basics of telephone devices HFA, TDM and SIP
