The participant
Knows the new OpenScape Enterprise V10R1 (Eco) solution enhancements.
Is able to present and implement the new features to the customer.

Prerequisites

Adequate knowledge about the OpenScape Voice V10, OpenScape Branch V10, OpenScape SBC V9 and Composer V1/2 - e.g.:
OpenScape Solution Administrator (SOLADM1SCS)
OpenScape Solution Advanced (SOLADV1SCS)
OpenScape Branch for Service (OSBADV1SCS)
OpenScape Session Border Controller (SBCADV1SCS)
and/or Market Introduction Training V9/V10
