Description

This course builds on the knowledge you have already gained through the Atos Unify Sales Specialist (STI-611) and goes into detail about the OpenScape architecture. The focus is on more complex options and network systems, as well as feature transparency and application centralization. In addition, we also deal with application and workpoint security, in response to the increasing concerns of our customers' increasing concerns about implementing voice over their IP network.

Objectives

The preparation course "Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 for Technical Sales" � Module 2 was designed for employees of direct and indirect technical sales. It is part 2 of 2 courses that prepare participants for the for the "Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 Technical Sales Expert Certification Exam (STI-221)".
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain how the Cordless solution works with the Atos Unify OpenScape 4000
Compare the networking of Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 systems via ISDN with the networking of these systems via IP
Compare the networking of Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 and third-party systems via ISDN with the networking of these systems over ISDN with the networking of these systems over IP
List the methods that Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 uses to ensure business continuity using redundancy
Explain the options the application offers for signaling, media flow and security
Explain the advantages and disadvantages of implementing Atos Unify OpenScape components in a virtualized VMWare implementation.
