Brief Description

The OpenScape Business V3R2 web based training is a course for trainer and service personnel with good knowledge of OpenScape Business V3R1. The course includes upgrading the system and UC applications. Another focus is the new Unify Phone connector for the UC system and myPortal to go, Voice over IP via 4G / 5G mobile internet providers. After completing this course, the participant can install and commission a system and configure the new features.

Objectives

Participants
can update an OpenScape Business system to the latest version,
and also know the new OpenScape Desk Phone CP110 device,
the participants also know the new Unify Phone system functions,
myPortal to go and Microsoft Teams function of the OpenScape Business system,
can install and operate the new UC functions and the new UC client enhancements.

Prerequisites

Required is good knowledge of OpenScape Business V3R1
Required is good knowledge of UC Smart and UC Suite
Basics of SIP and NAT
Basics and usage of Unify License management
Windows knowledge
LAN/WAN knowledge (TCP/IP)
Basics of telephone devices HFA, TDM and SIP
