The OpenScape Business V3R3 web based training is a course for trainer and service personnel with good knowledge of OpenScape Business V3R2. The course includes upgrading the system and UC applications. Another focus is the new myPortal for Teams connector for the UC system. After completing this course, the participant can install and commission a system and configure the new features.

and also know the new OpenScape Desk Phones 2nd generation device,
receives a preview information on the new OpenScape Business X1R.
the participants also know the new Unify Phone system functions,
myPortal for Microsoft Teams function of the OpenScape Business system,
can install and operate the new UC functions and the new UC client enhancements.

Prerequisites

Required is good knowledge of OpenScape Business V3R2
Required is good knowledge of UC Smart and UC Suite
Basics of SIP and NAT
Basics and usage of Unify License management
Windows knowledge
LAN/WAN knowledge (TCP/IP)
Basics of telephone devices HFA, TDM and SIP

This OpenScape Business V3R3 training is not suitable for newcomers. The target group are OpenScape Business trainer and technicians. The fulfillment of the course requirements is required for a successful course participation.
