Objectives

  • At the end of the course the participant is able to:
  • monitor and report VOIP quality informations
  • configure and use the advanced monitoring with the System Management SSM
  • use the SNMB MIB-II and the Enterprise MIB for monitoring
  • modify and forward events via the ECE Workflow Module
  • create Service models to make complex systems transpicuous
  • create an E-Mail reaction for events and let the system send it
  • forward events via SNMP Traps to other Management Systems

Prerequisites

  • Course Mitel OpenScape Fault Managment Basics (OFMBASISCS) and experience with Mitel OpenScape 4000/Voice/Business and SNMP
